Welcome to Goalkeeper Registrar.

If you are interested in working for CSDP mission, you should first familiarise yourself with their working conditions on this page.

If you are familiar with all the documents related to these working conditions, then you can only apply to a CSDP Mission through a private account on Goalkeeper Registrar.

The first step to create this account is to register your private e-mail address in the Goalkeeper Registrar database, using the form below (please do not use a professional e-mail address).

You will receive an e-mail explaining the registration process (it may be in your "spam" or "junk" mailbox folder).

The second step in this registration process is to have an "EU Login" account linked to the same e-mail address you have used in the first step above. In order to create an EU Login account:

1. Go to https://ecas.ec.europa.eu/cas/eim/external/register.cgi and sign up for an account.
2. Enter the information using a valid and accessible e-mail address. This must be the same address that you have used to register in Goalkeeper.
3. A confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the previous step.
4. Follow the instructions in the message: finalize the registration and change the password.
5. After you have completed all steps of the registration, please access Goalkeeper using this link: https://goalkeeper.eeas.europa.eu/registrar/web and login with your EU Login account.

At the end of this double registration process, you can use your new Goalkeeper account to apply for Contracted positions only.

Seconded positions are only available for candidates which were added in the database of their national Seconding Authority. Applications for these positions are released by the Seconding Authority to their national candidates, after integrating their profiles within their compartment. Please contact your national Seconding Authority for more information on applying for vacant Seconded positions. We cannot provide contact details of national Seconding Authorities.
